-some years ago I scanned pages from DC Comics' 1980s comic series All-Star Squadron
-I have a slight but wrong memory of about 1978 living in Lebanon Street the edge of urban Tauranga. A Street with a home running on a Road behind ours'. There was a slasher style comic about this large team of DC Comics WW2 super-heroes. The logo for All-Star Squadron in longer harder cuts
-I scanned pages from the comic. In order to tell the story on my Blog
-newagerheroes.blogspot.com
-the 10 issues called ***All-Stars (1 to 10)
-it was in WW2. A mystery stalker was ruining the lives of members
-like orchestrating male members to lose their penises
-it was really Robin
-DICK Gray SON, Robin the BOY Wonder
-the Press gave him a hard time because he was about 20 and had not entered Puberty
-I remember when I was very young living with my grandparents at 12 James COOK Street, Have LOCK North
-in their lounge I saw once a large book of rhymes etc A large hardcover fawn, dated, sinister looking book
-I saw in it the rhyme
-Who Killed Cock Robin?
-Not I said the
-Not I said the
-Not I said the....
-that was the only time I saw the book and I don't know why my grandparents would have had it
-now too I remember
-near our Street was a man sized concrete tunnel running under the Main Road
-like a tunnel for the Batmobile
-one time I went further in from the Road
-I was cutting through the back property of a home. The grass back lawn was wide and long. There was a large home. Maybe the size of a mansion. Like Wayne Manor. And too sinister looking
-on the back lawn a distance from the house. I PULLED down my SHORTS and PEED
-like COCK ROBIN
-I thought I might have somehow heard teenage girls laughing coming from the upstairs of the home. But that was far off
-I was going to try to get more Justice Society of America (1940s versions) and Justice League of America team-ups. I had in the original editions all the ones from issue 100 up
-today I ordered and paid for the one with the first modern appearance of the Golden Age Robin
-I was going to get the others I could afford but
-WAYNE- WARNED
-URINATED- YOU WERE WARNED
-Boy WONDER- WARNED
-so I decided to leave that series issues with the ones I had
-'Who KILLED Cock Robin?'
-I have the full set of the 1980s All-Star Squadron comics. A large team of super-heroes set in WW2
-on October 16th 2016 a white spikey STAR appeared in my bedroom
